What you can expect?
Every person has unique goals and backgrounds so your coaching will be unique to your needs using a consistent
process and method. The steps to your success will include the following.
1. Working out what you want.
2. Getting really clear, excited and passionate about what you want and setting specific goals and milestones to achieve it.
3. Taking action by discovering solutions and setting strategies.
4. Taking action and clearing any barriers that may be blocking you from achieving your goals.
5. Taking more action by discovering more solutions and setting more strategies.
6. Taking even more action.
7. Achieving your goals.
Can you see a common theme here? That’s right, it is ACTION. So what will happen as a result of all this ACTION?
• You will be more self-aware, confident, optimistic and determined.
• You will develop higher levels of self-discipline, time management and organisation.
• You will get more of what you really want.
• You will be creating a life of passion, purpose and fun!
Throughout our coaching relationship I will listen and observe, ask you lots and lots of questions, and I will be open
and honest without being judgmental.
What I can expect?
For you to gain any benefit from your coaching you will need to:
• Be passionate about the commitment you are making for yourself.
• Be aware results from coaching can take time so I recommend a programme of 3 to 6 sessions for you gain
the most benefit. Remember, you can choose to stop whenever you wish.
• Take action. No action = No change.
• Be reliable by keeping appointments and honouring yourself by committing to your actions.
• Be responsible for your own notes throughout sessions.
• Be certain that you can afford to pay your fees. No-one benefits from coaching if it creates financial stress.
• Tell me if you are not happy with any part of your coaching. This gives me the chance to put things right.

What I can expect?
Coaching sessions are for up to one hour per session. I recommend having sessions weekly or at least each
fortnight. This ensures that you are constantly taking small steps towards achieving your goals by receiving
the support and focus that is required. The breaks in between give you time to continue your actions and
consolidate the previous sessions. Remember though that your choices are for you alone to make so sessions
can be structured to suit how you work best.
You will also receive email support at no extra charge. As most of your learning and change will happen between
sessions, you may find this helps you stay on track and committed to the actions you decided on.
Usually, I coach by telephone or skype, however face to face is also available – depending on your location.
Times available are preferred between 09:00 and 15:00 GMT (Mon-Fri). If this does not suit you please let me
know what does so we can work together to find a time that works for us both.
How long will I need to have coaching for?
The number of sessions you will require depends totally on you and your situation. Most clients start with 6
sessions and others stay much longer which helps them stay on track and keeps them motivated on achieving their
goals week by week, month by month. By being available to you like this it means that you are never on your own.
You will have someone to talk to who will help you resolve problems, challenges and hurdles whenever they occur.
All I ask is that you stay with me for as long as you choose and for as long as you are getting the results.
What if I want to stop the coaching?
We will both know if you are not getting value out of your coaching, so you may stop at any time and get a full
refund for any unused sessions. You will be charged at the normal session rate for the coaching you have used as
stated below.
What does it cost and what are the payment terms?
Fees are usually £80 per session, paid in advance. Any bulk purchases do receive discounts with a guarantee
that unused sessions will be refunded. (Refer to previous question). Payments can be made by cheque, credit card,
standing order or by Paypal.

3 sessions £225.00 (6% discount)
6 sessions £432.00 (10% discount)

All information provided to me will be kept strictly confidential and I will not divulge any information unless
